Crockett & Jones offers a 28-day return policy for all unworn footwear and accessories, provided they are returned in their original condition and packaging. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our handcrafted English footwear through a seamless exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the unworn items back in their original green box and outer shipping carton, ensuring the completed return form is included inside.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master shoemakers inspect the returned items for quality and condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
